My name is Darwin and I am the founder and managing director of DSC Residence GmbH. What began as a passion for beautiful vacation rentals on the North Sea has since grown into a steadily expanding portfolio of vacation apartments.

Our accommodations are located in Büsum and St. Peter-Ording, among other places—two towns that, for me, epitomize North Sea vacations, relaxation, and a special atmosphere.

When it comes to our vacation rentals, I place great importance on ensuring that guests feel at home from the very first moment. For me, this includes well-maintained accommodations, good amenities, straightforward processes, and prompt communication should any questions arise.

At the same time, we use modern and digital solutions to make the arrival and stay as easy as possible. This leaves our guests with one thing above all else: the time to enjoy their vacation.

Our offerings are constantly expanding. In addition to vacation rentals, apartments and select hotels will also become part of DSC Residence in the future—always with the goal of providing our guests with a hassle-free and pleasant stay.
